EMBODIED ANATOMY
In the ongoing series of workshops and in our short courses for teachers, we take anatomy off the page and screen and search it out in our own body. We locate the felt-sense of structures and systems, explore their rhythms and flows, consider how they might support and initiate our posture and movement. We also apply a somatic approach and unravel any sense of story or meaning we discover in the body.
Our short courses are open to all teachers as CPD, however where indicated priority is given to participants of our 300h Teacher Training and Enrichment Programme.
