14th Symposium Preconference – 21st Century Endocrinology: Thyroid and Adrenal as Sentinel Organs

These sentinel organs are often the first to show the effects of 21st century living. Understanding their functions and malfunctions can illuminate some of the major contributors to chronic disease—toxic exposures, dietary and nutritional excesses or deficiencies, chronic stress – and help clinicians formulate more effective therapeutic and preventative strategies. Examine the emerging evidence and clinical controversies that surround thyroid and adrenal assessment and treatment. Improve patient outcomes as a result of better clinical decision making.

CD format versus MP3 CD format:
MP3 is a digital format that compresses large audio files into small files. An average CD will hold up to 80 minutes of sound and that is it. An MP3 CD can hold upwards of 70 hours of sound. The most noteworthy difference between CD’s and MP3’s is MP3 CD’s are not compatible with most car stereos and later model home stereo systems that don’t support MP3 files. They must be played on a computer or uploaded to an MP3 listening device.
